Remove Sponge Cake from Mould

Hi all,

I would like to listen to your advice on how to remove the cake out of the mould. Some people remove the cake from the mould when it is still hot (after 10 minutes taking out of the oven). Someone let them cool completely to take them out. Which way is better? I am afraid that the former will affect the cake because it can be collapsed. However some bakery don’t have enough moulds, they do that. Please share your opinion.
