Do you really need visible salt crystals on your sunflowers seeds or you just want s properly salted roasted seeds ?

Hi Azamat, use some sort or precooked starch dispersed and swelled in water. Rice starch is easy to use, is neutral and has good binding and filming properties. Starch also provides a whitish look and crunchy texture.

@Azamat…so you can taste the salt but its invisible on the surface, ?
Or the salt drops off during baking…?
Maybe you need tight binding as well as bigger salt particle size so it will remain visible .
When we make salted pretzels the salt particles are visible on the pretzel surface …
