I am a food scientist with experience in food product formulation, prototyping and sensory analysis with keen interest in alternative proteins and oenology.
Because of my master’s course (italian food and wine) and my last internship in Paris, now, i am more inclined towards sensory science. Hence, i am looking for such opportunities be it technician or PhD.
